A video of a man who boldly stepped out of his car in a Lagos traffic to confront VIO officers who were driving without their seatbelts has been trending online.
The man was heard speaking to the officers, reminding them of the need to uphold the law which they enforce on commuters.
In what seem to be a response by the officer driving the team, he replied the man that they were on an operation.
